Certain Uncertainties is an elaborate audio and visual mash-up of a family and a city during the pandemic.

“From the start of the pandemic I’ve been shooting bits and pieces as a way to remember… a bit of 16mm, a bit of digital footage, a bit of drone flying to keep in practice. I wasn’t thinking about making a film with any of it but when you asked me about participating I wondered how it might be mashed together. The priority has been to keep the 2 teenagers and the dog from imploding and so far they are doing great… even if it means that my son will certainly be able to knock me out when this is over :)… sound track is courtesy of my next door neighbour who is one of the top bluegrass musicians in Canada… just stuck a mic out of my kitchen window….”– John Price
